We had Firestarter’s Custom Fireplaces and Stoves redo our existing fireplace and it is, by far, the best enhancement to our living room that we have made. It completely transformed the room, unlike anything you can do with furniture, floors, wall coverings or window treatments. Our old fireplace was brick and brass. I could not be more pleased with my new ventless gas fireplace!!!! Matt worked closely with me to build from scratch, a totally customized fireplace to fit perfectly in my loft living room setting. Matt perfectly matched the mantle with the rough wood beams in the living room overhead. Additionally, the hearth stone he selected matches the soapstone window sills on the south side of the living room. The new fireplace appears to have been built when my condo was renovated.
Matt's installation team (only 2 people) are skilled, efficient and left every single work day only after
a complete cleanup. Most importantly, the cost to me was a genuine bargain. I could not be more
pleased. I only regret that I don't have a a site for another fireplace.
